DSLD’s ability to endure is a testament to the relationships it has built with clients, fellow contractors and its community. The design/build process inevitably presents challenges, but DSLD remains diligently committed to the success of every plan and client.

With more than 40 years of experience and a professional staff of licensed and degreed engineers (civil, environmental and structural), landscape architects, state licensed landscape designers, several state licensed horticulturalists, ornamental turf and pest control personnel, aquatics specialists and a full-time office staff, DSLD is ready to serve clients’ needs in person five days a week.

DSLD provides a variety of outdoor services ranging from initial consultation on your landscape design and site analysis to planning and finally build-out, including construction and installation. DSLD offers sketches, conceptual designs, and master plans for residential as well as commercial clients in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
